God Hears You
38 For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons,[b] neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In the book of Exodus, God is speaking to Moses and he states, “I have indeed seen the misery of my people in Egypt. I have heard them crying out because of their slave drivers, and I am concerned about their suffering (Exodus 3:7). God stated that he heard the suffering of his people and he is concerned about their sorrow, their grief, their sadness, distress and their trouble. Often, there are situations of distress and despair that we cannot handle on our own. These times of trouble of worry would be eradicated by going to God and making you requests known to him. God is committed to being the answer to our troubles. He is aware and he is concerned even in death.
In Genesis chapter 4, God is talking to Cain, 9 Then the Lord said to Cain, “Where is your brother Abel?” “I don’t know,” he replied. “Am I my brother’s keeper?”
10 The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. 11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand.
God statement to Cain was simple, your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground, not only can God hear us in life but our blood speaks in death. God is very concerned with his Beloved people. Even when he found out that Cain killed Abel, God was concerned that the ground will no longer yield crops to Cain because of the sin he committed to his brother.
10 The Lord said, “What have you done? Listen! Your brother’s blood cries out to me from the ground. 11 Now you are under a curse and driven from the ground, which opened its mouth to receive your brother’s blood from your hand. 12 When you work the ground, it will no longer yield its crops for you. You will be a restless wanderer on the earth.”
In the latter part of the chapter Cain was concerned about being a victim or killed by the hands of others and he requested protection from God. “13 Cain said to the Lord, “My punishment is more than I can bear.14 Today you are driving me from the land, and I will be hidden from your presence; I will be a restless wanderer on the earth, and whoever finds me will kill me.”
In these chapters, we realize that this is a conversation of extreme circumstances, which would be difficult for anyone. However, God stood by him instead of walking away he listened and granted Cain his request.
15 But the Lord said to him, “Not so[e]; anyone who kills Cain will suffer vengeance seven times over.” Then the Lord put a mark on Cain so that no one who found him would kill him. 16 So Cain went out from the Lord’s presence and lived in the land of Nod,[f] east of Eden.
In the book of Hebrews, we see how God applies Grace.
“Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need (Hebrews 4:16, NKJV).”
And in the book of Isaiah, God states:
“Put Me in remembrance; Let us contend together;
State your case, that you may be acquitted (Isaiah 43:26 NKJV).”
State your case, that you may be acquitted (Isaiah 43:26 NKJV).”
There is no place we can go without God being our chaperone or the Angels ministering to us to ensure we are safe. We are very precious to God, even the Angels have stated,
“4 What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit[a] him?
5 For You have made him a little lower than [b]the angels,
And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
5 For You have made him a little lower than [b]the angels,
And You have crowned him with glory and honor.
6 You have made him to have dominion over the works of Your hands;
You have put all things under his feet, 7 All sheep and oxen—
Even the beasts of the field, 8 The birds of the air, And the fish of the sea That pass through the paths of the seas (Psalm 8:4-8 (NKJV).
You have put all things under his feet, 7 All sheep and oxen—
Even the beasts of the field, 8 The birds of the air, And the fish of the sea That pass through the paths of the seas (Psalm 8:4-8 (NKJV).
With Adam, God was walking through the Garden looking for him.

9 And the Lord God called unto Adam, and said unto him, Where art thou?
10 And he said, I heard thy voice in the garden, and I was afraid, because I was naked; and I hid myself.
God never wanted us to hide from him. He has always been open to listen to each call, every prayer, each request, even the smallest whisper. God hears us.
In the book Philippians 4:5-6 (NIV), it states, “Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. 6 Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.”
God never told us to figure things out on our own. Whenever we become anxious, we become nervous, worried, fretful, apprehensive, restless and fearful. Merriam Webster defines apprehensive as being, afraid often suggests weakness or cowardice and regularly implies inhibition of action or utterance. When someone is inhibited by fear, they become reserve. Apprehensive also suggests a state of mind and implies a premonition of evil or danger. The bible never suggests for us to be fretful, nervous, worried, fretful or apprehensive. This contradicts what and who God wants us to be. He told Joshua several times, “Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”
Again, the book of Philippians 4:5 (NIV) states, “The Lord is near.”
Since God is near, we have this boldness to go to the Throne of Grace that has been set up by Jesus Christ the son of God. “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us. 15 And if we know that he hears us—whatever we ask—we know that we have what we asked of him (1 John 5:14-15, NIV).”
Are you apprehensive or skittish about speaking to God? Well the bible states, “You do not have because you do not ask God (Philippians 4:2, NIV).”
We realized from the scriptures above that God hears us and God is near. God want us to be successful and abundantly blessed. God never wanted us to suffer. He heard the crises of his beloved people and he delivered them from bondage.
Even when we make mistakes, God is still near.
24 To him who is able to keep you from stumbling and to present you before his glorious presence without fault and with great joy— 25 to the only God our Savior be glory, majesty, power and authority, through Jesus Christ our Lord, before all ages, now and forevermore! Amen (Jude 24-25, NIV)
Even the most troublesome events or decisions in life can never separate us from the love of God.

We can choose a better route.
“In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice;
in the morning I lay my requests before you
and wait expectantly.
in the morning I lay my requests before you
and wait expectantly.
